In order to receive our full attention and work directly with our master printers, appointments will be required for all NEW and IN-PROGRESS projects.
Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm
We will be closed on all statutory holidays.
So that we can fully understand the scope of each project, we are asking clients to book appointments to go over their new projects. During your appointment, we suggest bringing in your work and any details you may have about the size and quantity required. This will allow us to develop a more accurate quote for your job, and get creatively tuned with the project.

Fidelis Parking
We are experiencing a high volume of road construction in our area, this may make street parking difficult to locate.
Please use our parking space, which is located in the gravel lot off the alley behind our building. The closest stall next to the sidewalk near Alberta is our parking spot. Just look for our Fidelis sign on the fence. It is a long spot, so please "double-park" if necessary.
Please also allow us to reimburse you for meter parking, which is available on West 7th Avenue, east of Alberta.
